So i decided to do a detailed post about this outfit and also added a different clutch.
For those that haven't seen the quick post about this look:
my waist coat is from Forever21 
Red dress turned skirt is from Asos
Heels from River Island
Bracelet from Beautnoire
and clutch from forever21
